To follow up on the AI trend, I leverage a few AI tools to assist and speed up some of the pieces in the design process, such as Otter.ai as a note-taker to capture interview transcripts to avoid mishearing, highlighting insights, Copilot for quick search in diverse sources & links, and Midjourney to generate images for further manipulation, etc.

I recently completed a UX/UI course at the University of South Florida to continue mastering trending skills and developing user-central products, which involved over 700+ hours of hands-on classes with 1:1 expert mentor oversight in research methodologies, information architecture, prototyping design, and user testing.
In my design philosophy, I prioritize the feasibility of showing essentials and ensure that the workload stays manageable throughout development.
